About Me

I am a 53 year old mother of two grown children, and wife to one lucky man for 31 years. I was a "stay at home" mom who struggled with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and memories of childhood trauma. I worked hard to manage these while keeping our family (and extended family) afloat and ultimately healed myself. What I've found in Life Coaching is a very rewarding way to use all the knowledge I've gained over the years through doctors, naturopaths, self-help books and programs. The feeling acheived when one of my clients has a breakthrough, is like no other!
