Welcome! I’m Rebecca Fellenbaum, a Certified Adult Chair® Coach, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I know what feeling overwhelmed and disconnected is like, even while doing everything you think you should be. When I became a mom, I turned to parenting books, blogs, influencers, and expert advice, trying to get it all right. But following the “rules” left me exhausted and out of touch with myself. My journey to self-discovery began when I realized that the only voice I needed to listen to was my own.

In 2020, I started learning to connect with my authentic self, trust my intuition, and feel my emotions. It was life-changing. I discovered the power of self-love, met my inner child, and embraced a more present and joyful way of living. My relationships improved, and most importantly, I began truly enjoying my life.

Now, I help people like you do the same. Together, we’ll work to quiet external noise, release self-doubt, and uncover your true self. Using personalized and empowering coaching tools, I’ll guide you to trust your inner voice, care for yourself deeply, and show up fully in your life and relationships.
