I'm a productivity enthusiast, Small Business advocate and a lover of all things technology. My goal with my coaching clients is to teach them the skills, strategies and techniques they need to manage their world better, while making sure the tools they use are fully maximized (or helping them invest in better tools). My studies in cognitive neuroscience informs my practice of coaching focus, habit/routine, and motivation in relation to time, task, project, and team management and performance.
