About Me

An HR Professional with 22 years of Industry experience, have worked in large Fortune 500 companies. Was an internal Coach in huge Fortune 500 Organisation in the Oil and Gas sector for six years. Thereafter, have been an independent Executive and Leadership coach for the past 18 months.

Have been a founding member of FEIL- Forum of Emotional Intelligence in India. Am passionate about Human Resource development and have facilitated number of developmental programs and have also worked extensively on Leadership development, Emotional Intelligence and Employee engagement. I am a certified Coach - ACC (Associate Certified Coach- International Coach Federation) and partner with Executives and Leaders in maximizing their potential and making them much more effective. Am also a certified NLP practitioner, and use it as part of my coaching practice.

Coaching is proven to be the most effective way of making people realize their potential. I am very passionate about coaching and the positive difference it creates in peoples’ lives and strongly believe in the competencies of people which many a times lie untapped and hidden from the world. It is this dormant potential which needs awakening to bring in transformational changes in their lives. A coach is the best partner for attainment of this goal. Coaching is beyond work for me. By touching lives of people and making a positive impact, I attain personal and professional fulfilment.
