Rasha is a brilliant coach and person. She masters the art of emotional intelligence and tune in to my needs which I may not be even aware of it, then she helps me address my thoughts, expectations from others and help me devise an action plan that helps me achieve my goals and on top of that my well-being.

I had the enriching experience of being coached by Rasha Alajouz (in a Peer Coaching process). Enriching, because it was my first experience with audio-only coaching. A mode that helped me focus on my inner world and, through that, reach greater awareness. Enriching, because Rasha has a unique style of coaching; one of great dedication, careful listening and inviting you to take the positive turn when faced with several options. I recommend her as a professional coach for being especially good at listening to the smallest signs of progress and letting you acknowledge them. Thus, setting a foundation for increased trust in what you're learning about yourself.
