Raquel has been supporting clients in all phases of their career she has worked as a Corporate recruiter, Leadership Development Consultant and Leadership Development Trainer. She draws on her extensive experience facilitating change and designing tools for adult learning to help leaders increase collaboration, improve communication, and work with others more effectively to produce the professional and personal results

As a Fellow Associate at Betterup Coaching she provides developmental coaching to leaders at a variety of companies seeking to perform at a higher level.
