I am here to support you after being where you have been many times. I want to bring joy, love, and laughter into your brain and life.

Well, that's why I am here... I want to be your biggest supporter, confidant, friend, and mentor in this crazy journey we call life.

Who am I, you're asking?
I am a loving, intelligent, social, and fun soul. I am a scientist and an engineer who worked in corporate, in startups, and as a self-employed freelancer. I worked in small and large organizations on two continents (about to be three). I had my health sidetracked and then put it back on track. I also had a lot of challenges and growth in my personal relationships. What I am trying to say is that not only can I understand a lot of what you're going through - I probably went through something related. Nothing beats a supporter who knows what walking your shoes feel like.

I would love to connect with you and share my love, joy, and personal wisdom. Tempered, of course, with some good science and data for your best path forward.
