I believe in the power of our mind to guide, empower and heal us in our journey through life. Driven by the desire to find purpose in my own life, I moved away from an exciting and successful career in Advertising and Marketing. My assignments with the social sector motivated me even more to the cause of helping people unlock their inherent capacity.
My initial interest in Life Coaching was shaped by my experience with Hypnosis to be able to access the mind. Life Coaching presented an accessible form of helping myself and others explore and discover their unique life-paths.
The strength and power I see in others inspires me. The journey towards ‘who I am’ is the secret to finding our true power.
