About Me

I am a husband and father to two children (ages 6 and 9). I get up every morning, have my cup of coffee, and try to make sure they both make it on the bus before I head off to my office. I have grown to better understand my wife, express myself, and grow closer through conflict but I'm still a work in progress. A good coach isn't someone who pretends to be the manliest man or relationship god, it is a guy who understands himself and only then help other men understand themselves. I have been working with men and adolescents for over 10 years. I also my own business providing counseling services to men and couples. I utilize ACC (Acceptance and Commitment Coaching), a coaching process based on proven psychological theory.
