During his more than 35 years of professional career, Ramon has gained a diverse Global experience, having worked and lived in several countries leading global multi-divisional, multi-product businesses serving millions of customers through tens of thousands of employees. He has gained a solid Global Operational background and has managed both Consumer and B2B products, driving major Digital Transformations.

Ramon is an awarded leader, methodical change agent and creative strategic thinker with thorough execution discipline, ample experience on business turn around, business innovation, start up, and expansion. He is an expert in change management.

He works with C-Level clients in a broad range of sectors undergoing professional growth. Levering his education in Industrial Engineering, with a Masters in Business Administration, and a Columbia Coaching Certification, Ramon applies the foundation of a strong methodology to help his coachees become aware of their possibilities and create what they say they want, empowering them to find their own answers.
