About Me

Hi,
My name is Rakesh Misra, and you can call me Rakesh. I did my Bachelor of Science and MBA in the year 1993 and thereafter have been working continuously. I have a beautiful wife and 2 kids who are just getting into the next league of their studies. They will be entering the undergraduate course in 2024 together as both of them are twins.

I have more than 30 years of working experience with more than 8 companies including my own entrepreneurial venture. For 30 years I worked with companies which were into concept selling, Mobile Service Operator, Life and General Insurance, merchandising, Manpower onboarding and managing, Retail Activation and BTL Marketing companies, Manufacturing of various Retail set-up material and stores.

All this has led to a versatile experience in marketing, Sales, Planning, strategy, Training, Conferences, Coaching and General Management. I have worked from a Sales Officer to head of the organization in India. So, I have achieved what a successful career has to offer.

Now I want to utilize those amazing learning's and knowledge to the people in the corporate world/entrepreneurs who not only face challenges in meeting their goals and objective for which they have been working. Some people miss out on setting right goals, how to achieve them and where they are lacking. I help them to get the answers to all their problems in taking next steps in their life by way of a collaboration with them wherein I start making rapport with them, understand what they want in life and what are their expectations from me as a coach. I then set the goals with timelines and agree with the clients to strictly adhere to. I do not provide any solutions from my end instead help my clients to come out with the solutions as i strongly believe that all of us have solutions to all our problems and it's just that we don't realize that and keep doing same things over and over again. This helps my clients to overcome any obstacles and become successful.
