I have 29 years of business management and consulting experience with core focus on evolving and executing strategies for maximizing organizational and talent performance as well as support individual professionals to be successful at work and in their personal lives.
Corporate experiences include a mix of progressive family run businesses as well as blue-chip multi-nationals such as GSK, Core Health Care, NIIT & Randstad India. My last corporate assignment was with ICRI as Chief Operating Officer.
My Focus has been in areas of Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Training & Coaching. Recognized as an influential thought leader, skilled in defining the big picture and inspiring action at the tactical level.
