About Me

I am Certified Coach from Marshal Goldsmith Stakeholder Centric Coaching; I have done various other coaching trainings including eFIRE framework and ICF programs. I am very well versed with latest trends and thought leadership around Executive Coaching, Talent Management and Organisation Performance.

I have coached senior executives, high-potential talents and high-performing teams. I have marquee clients as my clientele. I also provide pro-bono coaching to highly deserving executives in non-profit organizations.

​​I have over 20 years of experience across multiple industries and functions. Currently, I am a Digital Leader with a Technology MNC working at the intersection of Strategy, Technology & Design. I focus on helping organisations leverage technology and digital capabilities to evolve their operating model, transform their business to effectively serve their customers and efficiently scale business in this era of digital disruption. I have traveled and worked in more than 10 countries.

​I also coach the 100% Club Sellers on Mental Toughness and on new way of selling with deep customer insight in focus. I am a Global Leader, Facilitator and Coach in Design Thinking. I also conduct Design Thinking sessions across the globe. I am a firm believer of the potential of Millennials and I am a mentor of the High-performing Millennials. I am also a Mentor in Niti Aayog’s Atal Tinkering Lab program and I mentor students in Government Schools in Delhi.
