I have had the pleasure of working with Rajesh. He is a great high ticket problem solver and solves complex issues in a spontaneous and in an unscripted way .There were huge issues in an enterprise which was not doing well in many of the departments and the management was not sure how to put the finger on the pie . Rajesh took some time to diagnose , meet and understand with the stakeholders , then diagnosed and derived metrics , identified the performance of the enterprise over time. He then coached the enterprise teams on what exactly each departments needed to do to resolve to make them from Red to Green .There were 6 departments which moved from Red and yellow in that enterprise to green in a few months .It couldn't have happened but for him . Besides , this Rajesh has huge empathy , tenacity and a high degree of focus.

Hi Rajesh Delighted to write for you , I had gone through a very difficult career crisis while working with a top MNC .I was leading a project Some decisions which were taken by me backfired although it was done with great intentions The project which I lead got back on its feet after 6 weeks but the timing was bad ,perceptions changed and I had to resign . Rajesh has added a lot of value and played a key role in reviving HEC and make it a profitable unit. He using his expertise and knowledge ensured that all the data for analysis was obtained although there was resistance from the people working there. Hello Rajesh Extremely delighted to give this feedback. It is an unforgettable experience and one of a kind. In my bungalow, there were a number of antique furniture (Tables, Dressing Tables, Chairs,) and wardrobes (bureaus) which were more than 50 years old and were unused .I did not have the time and wanted to dispose them off. I asked plenty of prospective vendors( i think 7 in all.)Many of them inspected and gave a very low price. about 400$ in all . This was shocking to me as the furniture was made from Rosewood and Teak .The quality and maintenance had been very well taken care for decades except for the last few I felt they were being very low value almost at felt being cheated but couldn't do anything about it. Then i approached you to help me on this. You said you will get great deal l for the same after your engineering inspection and within a few days for got a a client who took them for a 15X (6000$) deal, after in your words you said," you repackaged them". I couldn't believe and I persisted, you said it was a high value deal and it went to right target who knew its worth and its long-lasting performance. Hello Rajesh I have had the unique pleasure of being associated with you to get a great performance work product i no time. I had to deliver for the leadership research finding which involved collaboration of about 50 people and delivered in a day. I was not good at management, and you were referred. I spoke with you on the call and you said to my surprise you will deliver it the next day and it was done perfectly. I asked you how it happened and you simply white boarded the process ..reviewed it thrice, spoke to the team at your disposal, clarified and they delivered. There were a few who said they won't do and went rogue but you quietly took them to task, that they were paid by the company and had to do this whether they liked it or not at least for a few hours. Hi Rajesh It was an unforgettable experience . There was a high performer lead who had gone rogue and was very difficult to handle at work There was insubordination and as she was in good books of people above , we lumped it .Then there was a problem in the release and she was asked the rationale . She told it was technical and we could not figure out .Then we took a risk and asked your counsel thinking may be you could help us out. You simply took us into a big conference room and ask her the details on the problem in her own words using the points in white board .She agreed and went on to explain .You gently goaded her into details and also ensure she wrote it as she talked . It went for a couple of hours with you not letting her off the hook and quietly leading in the whiteboard to the root cause and there finally ,you pointed the gap and evidently the responsibility was on her . Finding no way out , she accepted that it was her fault and took responsibility . It was impossible for us to get her to do it or acknowledge but for us it was like a court room drama unfolding right in front of our eyes What was extraordinary was that we initially didn't believe you can pull off such a feat against an unchallenged lead and not only you did that , identified it and nailed the responsibility on her voluntarily . This was when I and my team were unclear on how to shape the strategy and operations of out store and wanted it to perform much much better than what it was . Rajesh was suggested and he was approached to set this right .With his rich experience he figured out we were simply doing day today only operations , stocking all kinds of items and not focussing on items which would give greater revenue and margin . Rajesh figured out many of the items (80%) sold were of neglible price and revenue .He told we were simply busy and using time under the name of service without the concept of effectiveness , focus and reliability . Then he evolved a system of purchase and sales .He focussed on whichitems to be targetted and the target customers .Then he figured out the right sourcing of our high value items which ensured our sales increased by 10% every moonth and so did our margins .I gave a tough time to him i was experienced in doing this the old way but did not know the full until he when he demonnstrated .objectively with systems what and gow how we should do business to me and the entire stakeholders .We were glad that he came and did it for us .I thank him for the improving our performance very highly.

Hi Rajesh. I had a tough deal to close on a property for a long time .It was lingering for months .I personally tried to solve and it was not getting any where .Then I approached you and asked you to close . This was with respect to a huge business problem of turning around how we were supposed to work out in the ceramic products space . There was a problem of an erring manager and huge inventory issues plus we couldnt do anything to improve the margins .He was asked to do it as he deemed fit as he was both an expert in IT and also in turning around business also .He used his IT background and caught all the problems on Accounts Payable and receivables .With his engineering background he evolved a price strategy as ceramic products were imperishable and got us a huge 250% price rise in margins .It was basically his unwavering commitment to be just ,and still tough , make us take many decisions which we wouldnt have done othrwise that helped our firm make 30% profit from the 3% before he came into helping and coaching us .We were lucky to have him .He streamlined our business and our life with his input
