I am an executive coach and a management consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the consulting industry. After a distinguished career that included leadership positions at prominent firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM in India, I am currently the owner of Cohere Consulting (cohereconsulting.com). In this venture, I offer executive coaching services and a suite of consulting services, specializing in the strategy-to-execution domain, independently and also leveraging a network of like-minded professionals.

As a coach and mentor, I work with CEOs, CXOs and mid-level leaders and believe in 3Ps – Purpose, Potential, and Performance as cornerstones of coaching. I blend my coaching approach with my long consulting experience to achieve transformative outcomes for my clients. I help marquee leaders particularly towards leadership effectiveness by helping them detail their purpose, carry out their executive agendas, navigate organizational and leadership challenges, and realise their true potential.

I am a certified executive coach with Coaching Foundation India (CFI), one of the most trusted and preferred coaching organisations in India that is known for its rigorous, humanistic, and result-oriented coaching methodology. I also hold certifications in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), a globally recognised executive coaching program that is designed to provide measurable outcomes, and EQi2.0 and EQ360, renowned psychometric tools on Emotional Intelligence. I am currently undergoing a certification program on Team Coaching conducted by CFI.
