About Me

My name is Rae, I currently work as a therapist at a nonprofit which I have been doing in this role for almost a year now, helping clients through different points in their life. A lot of my clients are women and single mother, and this is a community that I have come to know and love as I am a single mother of a baby under 1 myself. I have had mothers I work with go from not having a job and struggling to find purpose, to having a job and a newfound fulfillment in life within just a few months of working with me, and it's so fulfilling. I love to empower my clients who come from a limiting belief of "now that I'm a mom, I can't do this." For me, coaching is a profession that fills my cup, being able to pour confidence, knowledge, and support into my clients and see their transformation in less than a year is heartwarming. I like to take a person-centered approach, usually meeting with my clients once a week for a minimum of 3 months initially in order to establish rapport, get to know your goals and aspirations, and help you find your purpose. I believe in using a millionaire mindset which is a lifestyle approach requiring a full life reset into who you want to become. It requires letting go of your limiting beliefs through trauma work and inner self work, educating yourself with your truth which looks different for every person and then setting new goals using weekly sessions to stay accountable, developing a trusty support system and network, creating a reward system for yourself, and then maintaining it all.
I have my master's in social work with a specialization in trauma, have achieved my coaching certification from The Coaching Masters, and within the next few months I will be starting to the process to get ICF certified. I have been a coach, unprofessionally since about 2020 when I started off with business coaching, and I have charged clients since 2022, but now I am looking to make it a full-time career.
