About Me

Are you a mid-career working professional who feels stagnated in your current role? Often the responsibilities at home limit your leap to an exciting career and an enthralling life? At 30-45 years of age, do you feel not good enough, lonely & undervalued in your relationships at work and home?

It was my journey two years back as I got bored of a beaten work profile and struggled to identify what I could do better. Unlike my colleagues, visibility and money were not motivating to me.

My name is Rachna Mathur. I am the daughter of a devoted father, a graceful mother, the sister of a strong-willed woman, and the aunt of two brilliant young girls. With an experience of over 25 years in the In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) of the Healthcare Industry and now a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, I help mid-career, working professionals who feel the imbalance in their life between managing needs at work, family, and self.

To give a brief background, I am formally educated as a Postgraduate in Biotechnology under the course sponsored by Biotech Consortium India (BCIL) with UOR, now known as IIT, Roorkee. Over 25 years of work experience recognized that individual or team achievements are a net result of quality work and collaboration. In my career, I have relished connecting and working with teams from different cultures and geographies to achieve common goals. It has been a delightful journey of learning from the alliances and sharing some of my experiences.

Through personalized conversations, I help people look at themselves and others through the lens of Strengths because it helps to see the right in them instead of what is wrong with them. I have witnessed that these conversations help with clarity, self-confidence, and risk-taking abilities in individuals as they explore their potential with new opportunities. I enable them to identify their balance and work towards their career growth goals. My approach is to walk the journey with you until we arrive at our destination.
