About Me

Hi, I'm Rachel!
I have over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Executive, Human Capital Management Consultant, and HR Business Partner in Calgary, Alberta (Canada) and Silicon Valley (USA).
As a foreigner entering the US workforce, I learned how to be successful, perform well, and move up the career ladder to hold Executive positions.
I've also had to pivot my career several times, from graduating during a recession, to going through tech company layoffs and leaving toxic workplaces, so I understand how difficult it is to change your career quickly.
Now I'm doing a job I love, coaching others on how to find a job they love and how to be successful in their career!
