About Me

My professional journey began in counseling, advising, coaching and mentoring in 2014. I got my degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, then a Master of Education and Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University. After several years of counseling, coaching, and managing in non-profit and educational spaces, I began developing holistic mindset and wellness programs built specifically for Christian women of color, supported by my certification in Spiritual Life Coaching from Transformation Academy.

As a Black & Indigenous woman and child of immigrants, my dreams and aspirations were often devalued for straying too far from acceptable paths, making me feel alone, misunderstood, and frustrated with God, myself and others. This is why I now develop mindset and wellness programs for Christian women of the global majority, equipping them with tools for self-sufficiency, healthy coping mechanisms, and mindfulness techniques. My goal is to help women develop holy and healthy views of self, build confidence, and operate in the fullness of who they're called to be!

I live in New York City with my husband and six plant babies. When I'm not coaching, you can find me sipping boba, dancing to Afrobeats, or volunteering at my church.
