About Me

I worked as a counselor and director/manager of 5 trauma centers in South Africa for many years. My background is in Community Engagement and training of counselors, supervision of post-graduate students and teaching. Upon moving to the USA I fell in love with Coaching and have decided to put my energy into helping clients fulfill their dreams and aspirations. Empowering people by teaching them skills to cope and strategies with to can enhance their lives, is extremely important. As an actress and writer, I have gained powerful insight into the human psyche and together with an MA in Narrative Counseling, I have the knowledge help anyone who feels stuck, confused or who goes through a hard time as a result of trauma, bereavement or general life events. I have a true passion for people in pain!
