About Me

For over 25 years I have served in my community in a capacity of helping others. My goal is to help others learn to maneuver through challenging situations. Working with teens, young adults and adult females, I have found my place to inspire, mentor and coach powerful engaging women! It is important to me that each female understands the importance of their value, and their ability while merging them together to accomplish the goals they see for themselves.

My background is in behavioral science with additional coach training certification. My clients come from around the world and most of our sessions are over the phone or via skype. Skype is always best in that it feels more personal and easier to connect one on one.

My love for people and their over all health and well being drives me to push others forward. Sometimes all we need is a push in the direction we know we need to go but dont have the stamina to do it alone. That is where I come in.

From career changes, to transitioning from work to home or home to work, for balancing relationships along with finances which are vital to our overall success. We face hurdles that look insurmountable however we just need to choose the right tool to overcome it. Working together, we will identify actionable items to ensure the path is where you need to be but most importantly how to get there. Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and alone? No need to - together we will clarify and set things straight.

For my teens, navigating through the challenges of pre-teen, teenage and young adult years finding positive and productive outlets to exceed the expectation. Working through friendship challenges, academic concerns, social and peer pressures.
