About Me

I am a neurodivergent, Gallup trained Strengths Coach, with over 8 years of strengths coaching experience, and more than 2000 1:1 sessions.

I work with other Neurodivergent adults, parents of Autistic/Adhd/etc children, and organizations who want to create a neurodiverse workplace.

As an Autistic adult, I am able to partner with parents who are concerned about what it means when they find out that their child is Autistic. I am able to provide a different perspective because I understand what it's like to have a different neurotype.

I work with parents of Autistic children and Autistic adults to identify patterns of behavior, and how to use those natural talents to be successful.

I am able to work with you to find solutions to executive functioning disorders, sensory overload, autistic shutdowns, ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) and other conditions co-morbid to Autism, Adhd, and other forms of Neurodivergence.

For employers, I work with organizations to examine hiring practices. Are you hiring the right person for the job, or the person who interviews the best? Does your company understand how to create a work environment for Autistic adults?

I was an internal coach for Gallup for 7 years and am passionate about focusing on what people are great at, instead of focusing on weaknesses. I believe that we should manage weaknesses and spend most of our energy focusing on strengths.
