Rachel Dunlop, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP

Rachel is dedicated to providing companies with HR insight and strategies to retain and sustain high performing businesses using successful HR policies, procedures and risk reduction. She enjoys working closely with clients as a proactive, on-call expert, offering HR services and or advising as needed.

She is a customer focused, detail-oriented HR professional with experience in educating business owners, executives, managers, and staff on liability prevention, compliance issues, benefits, along with best HR practices. She has worked with small to mid-size clients in various industries and educates them on how to align human resources objectives to those of the organization.

Rachel has experience leading the human resource function in union and non-union environments for small and medium, private organizations. She has also served as a lead in small business CARF accreditation and advised management in organizational documentation. She provides workplace solutions to improve performance, reduce liability and increase profits. She is passionate about helping organizations achieve their success.

Rachel has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Administration. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute (SPHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
