About Me

Queen-Ella Pringle is the Owner of Cornerstone Visionaries Consulting and Coaching, LLC. She is a native of New York City and a United States Air Force Veteran. She has extensive experience working with military service members and their families. In the capacity of family support coordinator, she oversaw 400 families who have exceptional needs providing resources, empowerment support, and consultation for service providers and families.

Queen obtained her B.A. in Criminal Justice from Columbia Southern University in 2010 while serving in the military and being stationed abroad. With her strong desire to make an impact on the lives of others, she later completed her M.A. in Human Services Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family from Liberty University. June 2018 is when she had a strong desire to culminate her skills and officially begin serving others. With this, she birthed Cornerstone Visionaries Consulting & Coaching which provides service to youth, adults, and families in growth and development. She is currently completing licensure in becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Queen holds the designation as a Certified Family Life Educator, Certified Life Coach, Certified Solution Focused Coach, Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Coach, Certified Relationship Coach.

Queen works intensively with women who are rediscovering their identity through increasing their capacity of self-love, enhancing their self-worth, gaining confidence, and standing powerful in their assertiveness.

Being led by spiritual guidance and intuition has led to extraordinary experiences in ministry, consulting, coaching, professional, and personal development. Her specialty areas include maternal care coaching, empowerment coaching, purposeful living, youth/adult coaching, and family coaching.

In August of 2019, Queen authored and published Unlocking Your Womanhood.
