About Me

I am Quanita Roberts, the founder of QMK Career Solutions, LLC established in 2017 as a one-person business where I provide effective career coaching, craft killer resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles. As a certified and inspired career coach, I am a champion for personal, organizational, professional success, and all-around well-being. I serve clients with assistance related to: professional development, employee engagement, career management, communication, corporate culture as well as work-life management. I am multi-disciplined and focused on achieving the best result in my daily activities.

These attributes are drawn from my positive psychology and emotional intelligence to assist clients in strengthening their personal awareness, building new skills, and following through on opportunities as well as goals in their career.

Initially planning to focus only on resumes, my natural affinity for working with people and advising them on their careers led to me including career coaching and have successfully helped hundreds of people through QMK Career Solutions.

My mission in life is to motivate and encourage leaders to be more productive using the best, and most efficient path possible. I want to help as many people as I can overcome the hurdles of this work on a professional level. When I’m not working, I like to spend my free time with my husband and two boys; watching them play sports or just hanging out at family functions.
