Hello I’m Qilin,

I recently started my life and leadership coaching certification process. I have completed the IPEC coaching fundamental training, which is a 30 hrs classroom training.

I have more than 15 years leadership experiences and have always be the top performer in my field of expertises. In the last 10 years I have been working as director in the large internal companies. I built and coached incredible teams and individuals, transformed good leaders to great leaders.
