About Me

Hey, I am Priyanka Bharadwaj. I coach Ambitious Millennial and GenZ Senior Executives (aged 20-45). As a clarity partner, I help crystallise your ongoing thinking and enable you to solve a wide variety of challenges, both personal and professional.

I strongly believe that simple and clear thinking is the key to solving most complex challenges that leaders face.

Being a CXO is a lonely journey; you may not always be able to brainstorm on your challenges with someone. I act as a sounding board and hold space for you to reflect on your on-going thinking and develop simple mental models to make important decisions, while minimising regret.

My engagement with clients is primarily through 1:1 video-based conversations every few weeks, with email discussions as needed, in between. Our discussions are 100% confidential, unless I have written consent to treat them otherwise.

My clients include global family business owners, start-up entrepreneurs, actors, politicians and senior professionals working in companies like Google, Amazon, Netflix, McKinsey, Bain, etc.

Having lived, studied and worked across multiple continents myself (Asia, Europe and North America), I am able to relate to diverse clients who are based across the world.
