About Me

I have worked as a business and Human Resources (HR) executive for 28 years. My last position was Executive Vice President of HR for Asia Pacific and Deputy Managing Director for a fortune-500 mutinational company.

My experience in living and working internationally has provided me with an appreciation for different perspectives and cultures. Working in a variety of industries such as high-tech, automotive, electric and electronics, machinery, packaging and education has provided me with the range of experiences to assist individuals and leaders to navigate their journeys when they are faced with personal and professional challenges and changes.

As an executive coach, I understand organizational systems and structures, politics, team dynamics, and employee engagement and use these as levers to support my clients to achieve results.I have conducted extension coaching to mid-senior managers and exeuctives in the corporations, or business owners of start-up companies.
 
As a business coach, career coach and performance coach, I work with individuals and leaders to develop self-awareness, gain new insights and find new approaches to tackle issues, and achieve their personal and professional goals with resource challenges. My approaches help to create the action needed to produce results.
