About Me

Like many trauma-informed coaches, I’ve experienced my share of trauma.

I can offer my clients compassion, empathy, and patience because I am a trauma survivor.

I know how challenging it is to replace negative behaviors and thought patterns with healthy coping mechanisms.

I understand the obstacles that come with breaking cycles of generational trauma and self-advocacy, especially as a first-generation Latina.

As a trauma recovery coach, I partner with clients to:
