About Me

In my coaching sessions I am committed to holding your agenda for you strongly, even at times when you may weaken.
Through curious questions, straightforward talk, through unblocking stuck emotions and catching redundant hidden scripts that cleverly run our lives, without our knowing, I work with you, to find your inner wisdom that is waiting to be uncovered to live life powerfully.
Every moment of our conversation offers truth to be explored and that is the excitement of this process. I also incorporate elements from drama, movement and art where necessary to make the dialogue rich and holistic. and not limit it to the 'rational' element alone.

My year long journey with Coach Training Institute, CA had a lot of rigour. Through the 100 hrs of live coaching, one on one supervisions, peer feedback, written and oral exams I have full confidence in my abilities as a Coach.
My added experience as a seasoned HR professional , a theater artist, a dancer and creative movement facilitator helps me offer an integrated experience to my clients.

While I have worked with a wide range of clients in the past, I now focus on working with women in different domains - as I feel, there is an immediate connect to me personally. Being a mother , an entrepreneur, an artist, a professional executive who handled career transitions and worked internationally.

Here are some of the areas that Coaching helped me personally, through my certification journey and now, I wish for many more people to have a similar experience in there life spaces.
