About Me

My effort as a Life Coach is to help people live a life full of Happiness, Success, Contentment, Inner Peace and Fulfillment. Idea is to enable people to come out of their self-imposed stresses and limitations that they may be living with for a long time. This also by enabling them to make right choices for their life and be responsible for it.

People are constantly looking for change from their present state to a desired state which can give them desired Happiness. Two main reason for which people look for change are, one they want to accomplish something they have not done so far and the second they are stuck in the present state due to some issues, problems or challenges that they are not able to overcome. In both the cases people usually do not know how to go about reaching that desired state which they dearly want.

Period between present state and the desired state is the period of crisis and transition and if people are not clear how they would get through this transition period they may forever be stuck in the transition. This is where a Coach as an unbiased and neutral perspective can step in and enable the individuals to come up with the solutions and make progress towards their desired state.

Background – An accomplished technology leader and people manager with 19+ years of career track of delivering and sustaining revenue and profit growth in IT industry. Has been associated with leading Global MNCs, namely Intel, HCL, Trisoft Systems and Transport Corporation of India.
