About Me

My name is Porche Proffit and I have a background in psychology. I have a B.S in Psychology and M.S in Forensic Psychology. I provide life coaching services to people in the community as well as to those involved in the criminal justice system.

I have been married for three years, but have been with my husband for a total of fourteen years. We have two boys who keep our lives interesting. I love people and learning new things from them, people are definitely my passion. I believe that everyone who wants to improve their life should have the full support and resources to do so! I love musicals, binging tv series, and listening to music (my nickname is Bumblebee). Music is a beautiful way to describe almost anything if you choose to see it. That is a little about me! I look forward to learning a little about you too!!

It is my mission as a professional and individual to stay educated, motivated, and curious to research and assist in developing strategies and solutions that can help you increase your quality of life and provide the highest level of coaching in a variety of areas. Along with this, it is also my mission to remain understanding, empathetic, kind, and non-judgmental to ensure that I am allowing myself to be used as an outlet for those that do not have one.

I primarily work with individuals in building confidence, building connections, and learning to navigate the negative and positive of life. We will work together to make a coaching plan that works for you, and weekly coaching assignments that can help to reinforce some of the topics that we discuss during coaching sessions. Lastly, I am very flexible and am often available for questions or even to process and reflect on situation.
