About Me

I have worked with digital and internet for 25 years and have supported and led major transformation initiatives for large companies such as Vodafone, O2, M&S, Barclays, etc. I have executive experience managing teams in the 300+, P&Ls, operating processes, clients and account performance. It allows me to make a strong connection with executives and teams as I have been through those experiences hands-on.
I have since moved to be independent as an advisor, facilitator and coach. My focus is on working systemically with teams going through change, using systemic coaching techniques from Organisation Relationship System Coaching (ORSC). I am fully trained and currently undergoing certification (I will be ICF certified in 2019). As part of the coaching I also bring some frameworks supporting the workshops and allowing leadership teams and delivery teams to work out their strategy, operational improvements, organisations and decision making processes.
