As a Certified Business Coach, I work with business leaders and entrepreneurs to create a vision, a plan, then coach and train for effective execution to have them achieve their personal and business goals at a higher level and faster than they could imagine on their own.

I provide coaching both one-on-one and in small groups. I also have a suite of professional training’s available in the areas of sales, teams, strategic planning, time management, goal setting, leadership and more.

I have spent over 30 years in the retail apparel industry and held a variety of positions, including Financial Analyst, Project Manager and Buyer. Additionally, I've owned and operated three specialty apparel stores for over 8 years, where he achieved profitability within three months of opening and maintained a consistently excellent Dun & Bradstreet credit rating. During my years in retail apparel, I developed expertise in finance, operations, leadership development and buying. I am solutions-oriented, have excellent negotiation skills and hands-on experience running a small business.

I currently coaching small to medium size business owners, and I am providing Clarity Coaching for the Barrett Group for individuals looking for new opportunities or careers. I look for clients who are positive, energetic, open to exploring new ideas and are ready to take action to achieve to achieve their goals. I have an MBA from NYU and I am a Certified Business coach with FocalPoint Coaching & Training.

My goal is to have my clients achieve levels of success that they never imagined possible in their business.
