About Me

Peter has 17 years experience in development education and cause-driven leadership partnering with educators, summer camps, small businesses and non-profits, namely the YMCA. He is an accredited and certified coach and team facilitator through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT), specializing in actualizing potential, relationships, leadership, work-life balance, career fulfillment and culture change in teams. He has facilitated regional trainings for the YMCA, presented at regional and national conferences in leadership and adventure education, professional development and team building. As a mature student enrolled in Fielding University’s Evidence Based Coaching Certificate Program, Pete launched Summit Coaching LLC with a focus on growth potential in professionals and small business leadership. He believes that putting employees and values first while always holding empathy are the key to success in leadership and relationships. He understands the hard work it takes to create lasting formative change. He appreciates watching people grow, learn new things, discover self, new potential and feel empowered to be better and fulfilled.
