About Me

Peter Harty has spent over ten years in the business of professional development and executive coaching - working with some of the world's largest blue chip organisations during this time frame.

Peter spent over 20 years working in senior managment roles in industry, prior to starting innervision in the year 2000. He was one of the first people in the UK to enter coaching as a profession, and remains to this day one of the most highly qualified and personally experienced coaches in the business.

Peter holds an honours degree in Psychology and has an Msc in Coaching Psychology. He is a Master credentialed Coach of the International Coaching Federation. Peter is an associated fellow of the British Psychological society, a chartered fellow of the CIPD and a Grad MSCP of the SCP.

Inner Vision specialises in working with senior executives of both private and public sector organisations, as well as working with top level athletes in order to boost their performance.

Coaching sessions with Inner Vision can be carried out in a number of ways, including;
