About Me

I am a positive psychology and strengths based coach who aims to "Call out the Gold in people and teams".

My approach is to focus on right thinking by raising self awareness. This in turn allows Maturity of emotions and processing of triggers so that choice for right behaviour is easy and leads to positive outcomes based results.

I hold a professional Coaching accreditation (CCC) from COMENSA, ICF membership, BA (IMC) IMC, and TTT. I have trained in Gallup, DISC, DRIVE, Teams culture and executive coaching.

I believe each one of us was designed on purpose, for a purpose. That we are unique and that should be celebrated. That in our core values and uniqueness lies the power to excel and be the best version of self.

I have 20 yrs corperate work experience in sales, marketing and management and often consult on business systems to large corporates when not coaching.
