I was born in 1965, am an economist with a focus on sociology, and have worked for over 30 years primarily in leadership development all over the world (Europe, USA, the Americas, even Russia and China.

As a leader, I have experienced similar challenging situations as described above myself and have accompanied many people in training and especially as a coach. However, every situation is unique, and I want to fully cater to you.

My coaching approach is goal-oriented: in our work, you are the driver. I ensure through systemic questions that you progress with your concerns.

Coaching sessions can be held remotely or in my beautiful office in Frankfurt, Germany.
