About Me

Pete combines his passion for learning, sharing and empowering business leadership with his extensive coaching and corporate leadership/executive experience across multiple sectors, disciplines and companies.

He has coached many leaders and teams from C-suite downwards and uses an experiential blend of tools and processes to assist others to move towards their chosen coaching goals. Each intervention is customised and is driven by the gap between the current and desired state of the client. Thought leaders include Wilber (Integral), Jaques (Level of Work), Kolb (Adult learning) and Glaser (Conversational Intelligence). The latter includes a healthy dose of neuroscience.

From a coaching perspective, Pete offers 2,000+ hours of recorded coaching along with ICF registration (PCC credentialing via portfolio route in progress), CSP (Comensa Senior Practitioner), IES (Intergrative Enneagram Solutions) I & II and Conversational Intelligence Enhanced Practitioner.

A trained engineer (BSc Civ), he has also successfully completed his MBA and MPhil Executive Coaching.

From a business perspective he has 30+ years in leadership, management and executive roles spanning from Board (inc 7 years as MD), Chairman of JV, member of Audit, Risk and Project Committees of a mature and award winning multi-billion, multi location company to greenfield startups. He has worked in engineering, manufacturing and services sectors and coached in many more.
