About Me

As a board certified psychiatrist with 20 years of clinical experience, my focus has always been to help my patients thrive. I am a certified coach as well using As a psychiatrist and coach I work with professionals from companies across the USA and where I am licensed. I am familiar with people feeling unfulfilled, uncertain, frozen, at a standstill or on a hamster wheel.

With this experience, I have expanded my skills and work as a catalyst for change. Helping people work through problems is not new to me, being a fully qualified psychiatrist, doctor and with a BA degree in organizational psychology and Honors in clinical psychology.

I completed a coaching certification with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) to become an iPEC Certified Coach, Core Dynamics Coach and Energy Leadership practitioner. I am also a full Member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF).

As a coach, I will work with you through proven processes to help you:

3. Support your courage as you begin to sparkle with enthusiasm
