About Me

Perrin Kringel is a personal coach specializing in helping individuals through transitional periods in their lives. A wife of 17 years and mother of three, Perrin started her coaching business in 2012 after completing her coaching certifications through World Coaching Institute. Her ultimate goal is to help men and women deal with the sometimes overwhelming prospect of wanting to change things in their lives that aren't working for them anymore. Creating balance and learning how to care for oneself and others are just some of the keys to succeeding in a fulfilling life!

Prior to raising her family, Perrin spent many years in management for healthcare companies. Perrin also was a volunteer in Mali, West Africa with the Peace Corps right after graduating in 1992 from St Lawrence University in Canton, NY. Raised in Larchmont, New York, Perrin now finds home in Golden, Colorado. Perrin loves family, friends and physical challenges- she just completed her first ironman event in St George, Utah!
