About Me

Permjeet is a Transformational Mindset Coach who specialises in helping people in the Hair and Beauty Industry attract more customers in just three simple steps, freeing them from constantly looking for new clients.

Rough Diamond aims to inspire its clients to find better ways to achieve their goals. I achieve this by building strong relationships and motivating them to overcome any conflicts or challenges they may face.

My goal is to help businesses understand their customers' needs and challenges, allowing them to find potential clients and grow their business online. I offer continuous support at every step of the process.

Although our customer base is currently in the UK, we are looking to expand worldwide. We are always available to listen, answer questions and help develop a strategy that will push businesses to achieve more success.

In my earlier days, I worked in Customer Services where I cut cloth understanding people and their questions to make sure they receive the best possible service. In essence, learning communication skills would stand me in good stead for life and as it transpires, in my new business career as a coach.

Having once owned a hairdressing business, I feel his life and business expertise can now help others grow their SME businesses to make sure they achieve success in both life and business, a win/win as he puts it.
