About Me

Paulina is a best-selling author, international speaker, business consultant and strategist.  As CEO and Founder of The Business of WE (Women Entrepreneurs) and the WE Thrive community, she's passionate about entrepreneurship and dedicated to supporting and promoting the business development of minority owned small businesses.  Celebrating and elevating ambitious women, her passion is to create and cultivate a culture of excellence for women to grow, thrive and prosper - as they live powerfully, exuding confidence, grace, authenticity, integrity, while creating an impact and serving with purpose.

The Business of WE believe in the positive impact of women in business and their potential to change lives and become key drivers of economic growth in their communities.  As we expand our network and brand to areas around the country, we want to empower, ignite and elevate women to recognize the unique qualities they possess, to believe in the value they bring to the table, initiate startups, drive economic expansion, and advance communities worldwide.
