About Me

Paula has over 20 years of work experience in various Staffing and Corporate Human Resources roles. Throughout her career, Paula has supported various talent initiatives in industries to include Information Technology, Advertising, Publishing and Media. Paula holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Hartford and went on to further her education at Cornell University School of Business and Labor Management. Most recently, she attended NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies in Career Planning and Development.

In working with candidates, Paula recognized a huge need for additional guidance and mentoring. She often found herself helping others with writing resumes, networking and making the right connections during their job search.

Her coaching practice was born in 2009 when she was helping her neighbor in New York City with a Career Transition. She launched her Coaching practice and since she has successfully helped numerous clients reach short and long term career goals. She is highly skilled in helping others discover their strengths and weakness, passions and how to effectively find job satisfaction in today’s competitive market place.
