About Me

My leadership was forged primarily through the access to amazing leaders in my US Navy Career as an Surface Warfare Officer, where I was responsible for leading teams as small as 10, to organizations as large as 5,000. As my career progressed, I was fortunate to receive my MBA from the University of Washington, and after retiring from the Navy, I because an Executive Pastor, serving at two large churches. My experience as a leader and my serving as a Pastor have exposed me to some outstanding coaches, and I regularly seek coaching and mentoring to keep my skills sharpened for those whom I coach now.
