About Me

I believe that we all have a personal greatness within - an ideal version of ourselves (You 2.0!) which lives in the most authentic way possible. I help to tap into that person, that energy, which will yield the fruit of thinking, feeling and living from that genuine place. This translates into making decisions that come from this authenticity. And in turn, that means living life the way you want to, apologetically!
We are spiritual beings, and I feel that being in touch with that also shapes our identity and our ability to move through this world. If my clients are open to it, we discuss how spirituality plays as a force in their world. Uncovering blocks there also helps to create a stronger and more powerful self which will show up as a more centered and confident person.

My name is Paul Silva and I have extensive experience in the hospitality industry at senior and executive levels. I am also a recovered alcoholic (7 1/2 years sober!) who has helped countless others in their journey for completion and sense of fulfillment. I have authored a book about recovery and spirituality ("Longing For The Spirit"). I also have experience in leadership and mentoring young managers.

It is a pleasure for me to watch my clients transform and tap into the strength and courage that has always been there, but were unable to see it for themselves. I love to see people make meaningful changes in their lives.
