About Me
The key to this work is considering transition vs. change. Change happens to us; transitions is how we navigate change.
I describe myself as a Catalyst. I have a proven track record of helping helping people and organizations understand where they are today and where they need to be or want to be next. Then, I help them find the compelling motivation to change, which always lies somewhere between desperation and aspiration. My conversations go deep, and I challenge individuals and companies to put aside fears and help them walk through the steps to a more successful transition.
I coach clients who are looking to reach their potential through a more fulfilling expression of themselves in their work and life. I’ve learned that with some focus, humor, and a paradigm shift or two, magic can happen. My clients say they find me both results-oriented, and a soulful ally. I’ve work with companies like 3M, AT&T, Accenture, Allstate, AstraZeneca, Bank of America. BristolMyersSquibb, Cargill, Columbia University, eBay, GE, JPMorganChase, Microsoft, Novartis, Pfizer, Target, Wells Fargo, and many more. I also have a passion for helping small business owners and CEOs in growing their companies by leaps and bounds.
I am an artist, composer, guitar and bass player, and a bit of a yogi.

Paul Kwiecinski is a "coach practitioner" in a very real sense, as he diligently implements and practices -- in his own life and career -- the very learnings that he imparts to his coaching clients. This "walking the walk" imbues each session and coaching call with a three-dimensional quality. His instruction is alive and battle-tested.

Paul Kwiecinski has been my coach over many highly productive years. He has helped me focus on the projects that fit my calling and are the projects that are likely to have the highest impact on my clients and my community. He has offered practical tools, humorous nudging, and a spirit of celebration when I accomplish my goals. He has great wisdom from all of his years of coaching, and also from all of his years of working on himself to keep reaching for his next level of being. He is an inspiration.
