Paul has successfully lead business transformations, developed high performance teams and coached emerging leaders over the past 18 years. He successfully founded his own company - ecoaching Pty Ltd - where he is a director.

Paul has the rare ability to combine his leadership impact, strategic mind, entrepreneurial flair and high performance delivery discipline to bring significant value to his clients and the companies they work in.

Paul draws from his rich business experience spanning eighteen years at Coca-Cola were he has a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering significant financial results, amid complex and challenging environments.

Paul has a burning ambition to support emerging leaders through today’s complex business world. He looks through the eyes of the client and has a rich appreciation for some of the challenges that may lie ahead.

Paul leverages technology to deliver flexibility and immediacy that creates a point of difference for his clients.

Paul holds two Bachelors of Business, one in Marketing and one in Accounting from Monash University. He sits on two advisory boards and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, International Positive Psychology Association and Australian Beverage Council .
