About Me

I am a trusted and competent Credentialed Coach, passionate about development, learning and assisting people navigate change in their lives through Coaching. I engage with individuals, teams, organisations and communities in solving their most pressing problems. I am an insightful Business & Leadership Coach with 11000+ hours of worldwide coaching experience spanning over 25 years. My Coaching style, based on the SPEAR Coaching and the Lean Thinking Models, is about creating awareness and enabling positive change for clients to achieve their goals. I deliver an authentic and focused Coaching experience, either online or face-to-face.

One of my specialties is Lean Thinking Coaching, an overall sustainable business improvement solution. I have crafted and deployed many Organisational Transformations and Coached many teams and groups on their path to developing as High Performance Teams. My one-on-one Coaching engagements are broad in range, encompassing senior executives to first time leaders. My engagements are often high impact interventions of self-discovery for the client, with lasting lifestyle changes and amazing results.

I am a Certified NS-NLP Executive and Corporate Coach, Certified DISC Coach and Lean Thinking Master Coach and I am formally trained in Strategic Planning, Team-based Problem Solving, Structured Innovation, Lean Six Sigma and Social Psychology. I also have a Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring and I am a Credentialed Member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA) where I serve as Deputy Chair, Western Cape Chapter.
