Paul is the best coach that I have ever had, bar none. Firstly, I have never experienced a mentor more thoughtful than him. He helped me uncover more of where I wanted to grow and develop and where I saw my professional life headed. Once we were able to establish that, he helped with mapping out opportunities for me to stretch my skillset and spend time exercising new professional muscles. He regularly encouraged me to meet with him to reflect and change course where necessary, providing invaluable feedback. Working with Paul has been the greatest pleasure of my professional life, and anyone looking for a career coach would be lucky to work with him.

Paul is a brilliant, empathic coach who I've had the pleasure to partner with for several years across many seasons of my life and career. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who enjoys (or desires to understand) how to approach problem solving, relationship building, and business strategy from more of a "human experience" lens. I started working with Paul when I had only a couple years of work experience. I had fought for a promotion that I landed (yay) and found myself the least experienced person in the department, several years younger than my peers. I wanted to move quickly up the ladder so I could lead and mentor a team. I also struggled with imposter syndrome given the strong, experienced team around me. My time with Paul taught me two "game changing" skills: 1) how to identify and deeply understand my strengths & weaknesses, and 2) how to seek and create opportunities to work on those through relationship-building both with clients and internally to position myself well for future opportunities. Why wait until you have a role to become good at it? Fast forward to now. It's been 5+ years and I'm building out the same department I once was the new, young kid in! I'd recommend Paul as your coach if... - being a thoughtful, exceptional partner to your clients, peers, and/or direct reports is important to you. - you're a new leader or desire to be a leader one day and want to strengthen those skills. - you desire to up-level your business skills, with heart.
